We have introduced couples fertility sessions at our Health Optimisation Suite, hosted by fertility specialists Harley Street Fertility Clinic at 134 Harley Street, London. Enjoy the full 60 minute BAHI Longevity Protocol together as a welcome rejuvenation therapy on your fertility journey with clinical evidence to show the positive effects on egg quality, sperm quality and uterine health. Same sex couples are welcome, of course.
Our state of the art Health Optimisation Suite includes the full Hue Light BAHI Longevity system:
- Whole Body Photobiomodulation Chamber (Full Body Red Light Therapy)
- Seated Hyperbaric Oxygen Chamber (HBOT)
- Hydrogen Inhalation System
- Wave Motion Fitness Machine (Whole Body Vibation Technology)
This powerful combination optimises the potential for an uplift in metabolic energy, better blood circulation, reduced toxicity and improved stem cell generation. There are many clinical studies to indicate improvements in fertility outcomes for both women and men.
A complete fertility rejuvenation experience for couples
Our couples fertility sessions in the Health Optimisation Suite lasts for 75 minutes, during which the couple has use of the entire suite for themselves. Both people enjoy the full 75 minute BAHI Longevity protocol.
Here’s what to expect:
Couples Fertility Sessions Health Optimisation Step 1:
Wave Motion Muscle Machine
The couples fertility sessions begin with 10 minutes on the Wave Motion Machine to exercise all of the muscles in the body while you stand still. The session aims to combat sarcopenia (muscle degeneration) and begins the Blood Circulation process.
Couples Fertility Sessions Health Optimisation Step 2:
Full Body Photobiomodulation Chamber (PBM) with Hydrogen Inhalation
20 minutes on the Full Body Photobiomodulation Therapy Chamber, where you simply lie down and relax beneath healing infrared and near infrared rays also known as Red Light Therapy. The Hue Light Whole Body PBM Chamber is the best Red Light Therapy Bed in the world and promotes hormonal balance and immunity.
20 minutes of Hydrogen Inhalation while you relax in the PBM Chamber (optional but highly recommended). Hydrogen Inhalation has been clinically studied to clear free radicals from the body. Hydrogen Inhalation helps prevent the build up of toxins and waste, and enhances antioxidant defence.
Couples Fertility Sessions Health Optimisation Step 3:
Hyperbaric Oxygen Chamber
30 minutes of Hyperbaric Oxygen in a comfortable seated chamber while you relax and unwind.
Hyperbaric Oxygen has been studied for its many benefits, most notably the production of stem cells, pain relief and an uplift in cellular energy.
Couples Fertility Session Fees
We have put together a couples fertility sessions fee based on a couple sharing the suite and experiencing the full 75 minute health optimisation protocol together.
- Couples Fertility Sessions: Single Session (60 minute protocol) – £490.
- Couples Fertility Sessions: Course of 5 Sessions (60 minute protocol) – £2,000.
What is Health Optimisation and BAHI Longevity?
Our couples fertility sessions take place in the BAHI Longevity Health Optimisation Suite at the Harley Street Fertility Clinic, 134 Harley Street.
Sessions involve experiencing the Hue Light BAHI System, which is designed to help us become the healthiest version of ourselves, regardless of our age or previous health conditions. The BAHI system provides a complete metabolic health solution, to improve the 4 Pillars of Health: B – Blood Circulation, A – Antioxidant Defence, H – Hormone Balance, I – Immunity. Good health is sustained when these key 4 Pillars are balanced and strong.
Clinical studies relating to Red Light Therapy (PBM) and Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT) to improve fertility outcomes
Hyperbaric oxygen therapy improves oocyte yield and embryo quality in poor ovarian responders: a pre-post cohort study
HBOT significantly increased the number of oocytes, follicle output rate (FORT), follicle-to-oocyte index (FOI), two-pronuclear (2PN), available embryos, normal fertilization rate, and available embryos rate.
Hyperbaric oxygen therapy for male infertility: a systematic review and meta-analysis on improving sperm quality and fertility outcomes
A comprehensive literature search identified nine eligible studies, which were assessed for quality using the Jadad scale and analyzed for heterogeneity. The meta-analysis revealed significant improvements in sperm survival, density, morphology, normal sperm rates, and motility following hyperbaric oxygen therapy, with an increased clinical pregnancy rate.
Hyperbaric oxygen therapy and in vitro fertilization—a pilot study
Follicular fluid VEGF levels were higher in HBO treated women than in 5 control samples, with 2 out 5 patients achieving succesful pregancy, both with ongoing twin gestations.
Photobiomodulation in Complex Female Infertility Profile: A Case Report with 12-Month Follow-Up and Review of Current Mechanism in Reproductive Photomedicine (Phypers & Hanna 2025).
The case report indicates that a multiwavelength of red and NIR-PBM laser therapy could have positively contributed to a healthy live birth in a female diagnosed with PCOS, endometriosis and a low ovarian reserve.
The Efficacy of Multiwavelength Red and Near-Infrared Transdermal Photobiomodulation Light Therapy in Enhancing Female Fertility Outcomes and Improving Reproductive Health: A Prospective Case Series with 9-Month Follow-Up (Phypers et al 2024).
Our study demonstrated that multiwavelength of red and NIR PBM improved female fertility and reproductive health and contributed to healthy live births in females diagnosed with unexplained age-related infertility.
Low-Level Laser Therapy for Improvement of In Vitro Fertilization Outcomes in Patients with Recurrent Implantation Failure: A Randomized Clinical Trial(Jafarabadi et al. 2024).
This study represents the first single-blinded randomized clinical trial to assess the effectiveness of LLLT pretreatment in individuals with Recurrent Implantation Failure (RIF). The findings propose that LLLT may potentially enhance biochemical and clinical pregnancy rates among RIF patients
The power of 810 nm near-infrared photobiomodulation therapy for human asthenozoospermia (Stigliani et al. 2024).
Authors investigated the best protocol to improve sperm quality, using near infrared light wavelengths. Sperm motility is a crucial factor in male fertility. There have been many studies already published on the positive effect of red light therapy to improve sperm quality (and quantity), however in this study the authors set out to help define the optimum dosimetry and protocols using photobiomodulation (PBM) to increase sperm motility.
Photobiomodulation ameliorates ovarian aging by alleviating oxidative stress and inflammation damage and improving mitochondrial function (He et al. 2024).
A recent in vitro study from China, relates to Photobiomodulation Therapy for Fertility. The authors found that, “PBM (4 J/cm2) effectively recovered the levels of sex hormones, increased the number of primordial and growing follicles, improved angiogenesis, and decreased cell apoptosis in naturally aged mice. Moreover, PBM reduced oxidative stress, inhibited chronic ovarian inflammation, and improved mitochondrial function in aged ovaries.
