Health Optimisation Suite Step 1:
Wave Motion Muscle Machine

The session begins with 10 minutes on the Wave Motion Machine to exercise all of the muscles in the body while you stand still. The session aims to combat sarcopenia (muscle degeneration) and begins the Blood Circulation process.

Health Optimisation Suite Step 2:
Full Body Photobiomodulation Chamber (PBM) with Hydrogen Inhalation

20 minutes on the Full Body Photobiomodulation Therapy Chamber, where you simply lie down and relax beneath healing infrared and near infrared rays also known as Red Light Therapy. The Hue Light Whole Body PBM Chamber is the best Red Light Therapy Bed in the world and promotes hormonal balance and immunity.

20 minutes of Hydrogen Inhalation while you relax in the PBM Chamber (optional but highly recommended). Hydrogen Inhalation has been clinically studied to clear free radicals from the body. Hydrogen Inhalation helps prevent the build up of toxins and waste, and enhances antioxidant defence.

Health Optimisation Suite Step 3:
Hyperbaric Oxygen Chamber

30 minutes of Hyperbaric Oxygen in a comfortable seated chamber while you relax and unwind. 
Hyperbaric Oxygen has been studied for its many benefits, most notably the production of stem cells, pain relief and an uplift in cellular energy.
