Our Partners
Ideal partners are currently registered with a health practitioner statutory body in the UK. For example, medical doctors (GMC), nurses and midwives (NMC), pharmacists (GPC), dentists and dental nurses (GDC). Other health care professionals, such as clinical acupuncturists or physiotherapists, registered with the HCPC, may also apply. In all cases we are selective. We want to form long lasting and successful partnerships, which enhance Laser Medicine’s reputation and become collaborative partnerships as we move forward.
Partner Programme Training and Development
Comprehensive initial training is provided for one laser clinician and covers:
- Approved guidelines for laser equipment use.
- Protocols and dosimetry for a wide range of medical conditions.
- Health and safety and professional qualification requirements.
- Ongoing professional development.
- Administration and IT systems.
We also require that you become a full member of the British Laser Medical Association [BLMA].
Partner Programme Investment and Return
Launching a Laser Medicine Practice requires investment ranging from as little as £10,000 to around £40,000 (dependent on the equipment you choose at launch). The investment includes the Partner Programme fee which covers training and start-up support, and use of the established Laser Medicine practice and intellectual property.
Investment costs vary depending on equipment selected, premises, and other start-up costs. Equipment can be purchased on asset finance – we can help you with this – to keep the upfront financial investment minimal.
If you already have an established, clinic-based healthcare business, opening the Laser Medicine offering as a bolt-on to your existing Practice provides a unique additional revenue and profit opportunity. Combining your work and commitment with Laser Medicine’s established market presence, expertise, experience and support structures, offers a strategic collaboration at an exciting time in the development of Photobiomodulation Laser Therapy internationally and in the UK.
