Please note this reflects our current fee schedule for 2026 and replaces any previously published Laser Medicine payment terms and prices.

Laser Medicine payment terms are as follows:

• To confirm your appointment you are required to settle your payment link online by card.
• Cancellation is required 48 hours before your appointment time in order to avoid a potential 100% cancellation fee (we try to reschedule your appointment with our waiting list, but we can’t guarantee it).
• We accept all major credit cards.
• You may also issue a BACS payment. Please request bank details.
• We will accept cash payments ahead of your session if you prefer.
• Courses of treatments purchased to be used within 12 months of purchase.

Bringing a Chaperone
All adults have the right to bring a chaperone to an appointment, if they choose.
For children under 18 years old an adult chaperone is required in all cases. Please do not bring other children, unless they are old enough to sit downstairs in the reception area. For chaperones, there is an opportunity to ask questions before and after the session. However, we need to place the patient at the centre of care. Chaperones must respect the patient’s space and observe quietly, without asking questions during the session.

Video Consultations

For a 30 minute video consultation there is a fee of £195.

Harley Street, London Clinic, Therapeutic Laser Treatments

£390 for initial consultation plus one therapeutic laser treatment (1 hour session).
£1,100 for a course of 3 therapeutic laser treatments | £2,000 for a course of 6 therapeutic laser treatments | £3,000 for a course of 10 therapeutic laser treatments (Full 45 minute sessions).

Powermedic Gigalaser for Fertility Sessions (Short Protocol)

After a first consultation and full therapeutic laser protocol treatment for fertility patients (£390) we offer Powermedic Gigalaser for Fertility Only Sessions (23 minute treatment time):
£1,500 for a course of 6 Gigalaser Only Sessions.
£2,000 for a course of 10 Gigalaser Only Sessions.

Health Optimisation Suite Fees at the Harley Street Clinic

1. Full 75 minute protocol: Wave Motion Vibration Machine, Full Body PBM Chamber, Hydrogen Inhalation, Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy: Single session £390 | Course of 5 sessions £1,600 | Course of 10 sessions £3,000.
2. Hyperbaric Oxygen Chamber Only: Single session £200 | Course of 5 sessions £950.
3. Photobiomodulation Chamber Only (plus Wave Motion Vibration and Hydrogen Inhalation):
   Single session £200 | Course of 5 sessions £950.

Therapeutic Laser for Autism Spectrum Disorders

£390 for an initial assessment and full therapeutic protocol.
£3,000 for a course of 10 sessions: 1-3 sessions per week depending on the recommended course of treatments for the individual child.

Couples Fertility Sessions:

Based on a couple sharing the Health Optimisation Suite and experiencing the full 75 minute protocol together:

• Couples Fertility Sessions: Single Session (75 minute protocol) – £490.
• Couples Fertility Sessions: Course of 5 Sessions (75 minute protocol) – £2,000.
