We hope that you are happy with your purchase. However, if you change your mind, receive faulty goods, or your item arrives damaged we’re here to help.

30-Day Return Period

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to return the item for a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in the original condition.
  • In the original packaging.
  • Have all accessories and documentation included.

Change of Mind

If you simply change your mind, you can return your order within 30 days for a full refund (excluding original delivery costs).
Please ensure that the products are unused and in a resalable condition.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 14 days of receipt, so we can resolve this quickly.
We will either:

  • Send a replacement, or
  • Provide a full refund.

We may ask for photos or evidence to assess the fault.

We’ll reply with return instructions and an address to send your item.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Change of mind: you are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Faulty or damaged goods: we will provide you with a postage label and cover the cost.

Please use a tracked service — we’re not responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days of receiving the returned item.
Refunds are issued using the original payment method.

UK Consumer Rights

This policy sits alongside your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
You have legal rights regarding products that are:

  • Not as described.
  • Not of satisfactory quality.
  • Not fit for purpose.

Your statutory rights are not affected by this returns policy.
